Make significant extra income referring top candidates or leads to new job orders or clients.  Details:

• If you refer a candidate we are not pursuing or engaged with yet for a particular placement you receive $1000 dollars if they are hired fulltime with one of our clients and are on board after their probationary period.
• If you refer a candidate for a contract assignment that we are not pursuing or have engaged for that particular assignment yet, you receive a 5% commission  each month of billing once the payment is received.
